What do you actually do?
We help businesses create brand identities and visual brand worlds - either brand new (pun intended!) or existing brands.
So do you do logos?
Yes. But a brand is more than a logo - it’s a combination of all the assets - ideally branded and distinctive to you and your brand personality - fonts, colour palette, styling, tone of voice, etc. We’ll never just create a random pretty logo. It has to have a unique meaning to you and enable you to lead from the brand first.
My business is in multiple markets. How can I ensure that you will be able to create a globally relevant result?

I'm a start up company and don't have much budget to spend. Can you help?
We’ve created mini packages specifically for start ups and small businesses. Whilst you’ll still pay more than a quick fix from an anonymous online designer you’ll get so much more for your money at a fraction of the cost of the big agencies we’ve all come from.

We’ve proven time and again that we can cover all the areas traditionally delivered by the old model brand agencies. We keep everything streamlined with our senior team so you get only the very best strategy, client servicing and design. We deliver for a fraction of the costs and in a fraction of the time.
How long will the branding process take?
We tailor every project to the challenge. However, if you choose one of our mini-brand world packages then these are limited to 4-5 weeks in total as we need to work swiftly and efficiently to keep to the package budget. There are 3 steps included in this process with up to 4 rounds of design in total.
Can't I just get my branding done for $5 on freelancing sites like Fiverr?
Sure if you just want a quick, generic logo and not a meaningful branded visual language. These freelance sites are hard to navigate and find decent quality designers. Anyone can ‘design’. Few are trained with the relevant experience to help your brand. We customise our design teams based on your brand requirements. And all our designers have been trained by globally award-wining, top-tier agencies.
Do you offer unlimited changes?
No. Depending on the project and budget we’ll build in a set number of rounds of changes. We ensure that we have a very clear brief before we start that’s aligned with all key stakeholders. We’ll help you manage the steps and ensure you give us all the feedback we need. If there are additional stages, extra feedback outside of the process or changes in direction these will need to be charged additionally.
